Fennel Florence Finale World Kitchen Seeds

Also known by its Italian name Finocchio, this variety produces heavy, flattened bulbs with a distinctive aniseed-like flavour. Both bulbs and stems can be enjoyed raw or cooked, while the fine, feathery foliage makes an attractive garnish.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 6mm deep in rows 45cm apart. As bulbs begin to swell, mound soil around them to help maintain flavour and whiteness. Keep the soil moist and weed free.
