Product Overview
Cauliflower Di Sicilia Violetto World Kitchen Seeds
Approx 200 seeds
A striking Sicilian heirloom with crisp, medium-sized purple heads that carry a sweet, delicate flavour. The vivid colour, caused by natural antioxidants, makes it both highly nutritious and visually impressive. Heads turn green when cooked, but the flavour remains rich and tender. This variety is extremely cold hardy and continues producing tasty side shoots after the main head is harvested.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 5mm deep in trays, punnets, or directly into the garden bed. Firm soil gently and keep evenly moist. For a longer harvest season, stagger sowings every 2–3 weeks. Transplant seedlings when strong enough to handle, spacing 45–60cm apart. Keep weed-free and water consistently to ensure tight, colourful heads. Expect seedlings to appear in 7–14 days.
