Broccoletti Raab Rapini World Kitchen Seeds

Rapini is a traditional Italian favourite with leafy greens surrounding clusters of small, broccoli-like buds. It has a distinctive, slightly peppery flavour and is best enjoyed lightly steamed, stir-fried, or added to pasta and soups.
How To Grow
Sow thinly, 5mm deep in seed trays or directly into the garden bed. Firm down gently and keep moist. Seedlings will appear in 7–12 days. Space plants 30cm apart once large enough to handle. Keep soil consistently moist for best flavour.
When To Plant
Warm areas: Autumn to Spring. Cold and temperate regions: Spring and late Summer.
Harvest
6–8 weeks after sowing, when buds are formed but before flowers open.
