Coriander Calypso Herb Seeds
Calypso is a vigorous, bushy coriander selected for slower bolting and repeated leaf harvests. Its fragrant leaves add fresh flavour to curries, salads, soups and garnishes. Suitable for pots and garden beds, this variety can regrow after cutting to provide several harvests with good care.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 5mm deep in fertile, well-drained soil, with rows approximately 20cm apart. Cover lightly, firm gently and keep moist during germination. Thin seedlings to approximately 20cm apart. Water regularly and harvest leaves as needed, leaving sufficient growth for the plants to recover.
When To Plant
Sow from spring to autumn in suitable local conditions. Avoid allowing plants to dry out during hot weather.
Harvest
Ready in approximately 10 to 12 weeks. Pick regularly to encourage fresh leaf growth.
Soil Type
Fertile, well-drained soil or quality potting mix for containers.
