Carrot Navarre is a premium Nantes type that stands out for its sweet flavour, smooth skin and uniform roots. The long, cylindrical carrots develop a rich, bright orange colour and are ideal for fresh eating, cooking or juicing. A strong performer that delivers generous harvests of high-quality crops.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 1cm deep in rows spaced 30cm apart. Keep soil consistently moist and free from weeds. Once seedlings are large enough, thin to 7–8cm apart and water well to settle the roots. For a steady supply, repeat sowings every two weeks. Choose soil that is light, well-drained and not recently manured to avoid forking.
