Broccoli Calabrese Samson F1 Hybrid World Kitchen Seeds

A reliable hybrid broccoli producing heavy crops of large, firm domed heads with excellent flavour. This variety is fast-growing, vigorous, and well-suited to both home gardens and kitchen use. Harvest the main head, and side shoots will continue to develop for an extended cropping period.
How to grow
Sow thinly, 5mm deep in seed trays or directly into prepared garden soil. Firm down gently and keep moist. Transplant seedlings to final positions once they are large enough to handle, spacing 45cm apart. Water regularly and keep weed-free.
When to plant
Late summer to autumn in warm areas. Spring and summer in cooler or temperate climates.
Harvest
12–16 weeks after sowing. Cut the central head first to encourage side shoots.
