Product Overview
Zucchini Midnight F1 Hybrid Seeds
10 Seeds
Midnight F1 is a compact, high-yielding zucchini variety perfect for pots, small gardens, or patios. It produces glossy, dark green fruits with excellent flavour, harvested best at 10–15 cm long. Easy to grow and quick to mature, this hybrid provides a steady crop through the warmer months and is also a great source of vitamin C.
How to Grow
Sow seeds 12 mm deep directly into pots or containers, or sow directly into garden beds once the soil has warmed. For garden plantings, allow 45 cm between rows and plants. Prepare the soil with organic matter before sowing. Keep soil consistently moist until plants are established, then water at the base to avoid leaf diseases. Harvest zucchinis regularly when fruits are 10–15 cm long to encourage continuous production.
When to Plant
Spring and summer.
Soil Type
Fertile, well-drained soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Ideal for containers and garden beds in sunny positions.
Harvest
Ready in 8–10 weeks. Harvest frequently to maintain tender fruits and prolong cropping.
Sow
Spring, Summer
Important Note
These seeds may be treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL). Do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. If treated, the packet will be clearly marked and the seeds dyed a distinct colour.
