Kale Dwarf Green Curled is a compact and hardy variety with tightly curled, rich green leaves. Highly nutritious and full of flavour, it is ideal for soups, stir-fries, steaming, or enjoying as kale chips. Its dwarf habit makes it well suited to smaller gardens and pots.
How To Grow
Sow seeds thinly 5mm deep in rows 45cm apart. Keep soil moist and well prepared before sowing. Seedlings usually appear in 7–10 days. Thin out to 45cm apart when seedlings reach about 10cm tall. Water regularly and keep weed free.
When To Plant
Late Summer through to Winter. In cooler regions it can also be sown in Spring.
Harvest
10–16 weeks from sowing. Pick outer leaves first and allow the plant to continue producing.
