Tomato Siberian Seeds
50 Seeds
Siberian is a hardy heirloom tomato that germinates and sets fruit in low temperatures (as low as 8°C), making it one of the best choices for cooler climates. This extra-early cropping variety produces medium-sized, sweet, and flavoursome fruits, ready much sooner than many other tomatoes. A reliable, resilient variety that rewards gardeners with abundant harvests even in shorter growing seasons.
How to Grow
Sow seeds 5 mm deep in pots or trays of quality seed-raising mix, or directly into the final growing position. Keep soil moist in a warm, sunny position until seedlings emerge (7–14 days). Transplant to the garden when sturdy enough to handle, spacing plants 50–60 cm apart. Stake plants early and pinch out side shoots as they appear. Water consistently, and once the first truss has set, feed regularly with a potassium-rich fertiliser.
