Sweet Pea Mammoth Mixed (Lathyrus odoratus) are an early flowering, free-flowering variety that delivers blooms over a long period. With long, strong stems, they are ideal for cutting and perform best when grown on a fence, trellis or support in a sunny position.

How To Grow
Sow 12mm deep directly into the flowering position from late Summer through to late Autumn. In cold districts, Spring sowing is also suitable. Thin seedlings to approximately 20cm apart once established. Prepare the soil well with organic matter and compost about one month before sowing. Ensure soil is damp at sowing time, which usually removes the need for additional watering until seedlings emerge. Seedlings usually emerge in 10 to 14 days.
