Silverbeet Bright Lights is a striking, colourful variety with stems in shades of red, yellow, pink, and orange. How to Grow
Sow a few seeds every 40 cm in rows 1.2 cm deep, spaced 30 cm apart. Thin to one strong plant every 40 cm. Keep the soil consistently moist and weed-free. Seedlings appear in 10–14 days. The first harvest is ready in 8–12 weeks. For repeat harvests, leave 4–5 central stalks intact to encourage quick regrowth.
When to Plant
From early spring to late autumn.
Soil Type
Thrives in fertile, well-drained soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Prefers a neutral to slightly alkaline pH.
