Product Overview
Pak Choi Hei Xia F1 Hybrid World Kitchen Seeds
Approx 150 seeds
Pak Choi has been grown in China for centuries and remains a cornerstone of Cantonese cooking. Hei Xia is an easy-to-grow hybrid that produces broad, juicy stems and tender dark green leaves. Cold tolerant and slow to bolt, it can be harvested as baby leaf for salads and stir-fries, or left to mature for larger, more substantial plants.
How To Grow
Sow thinly in rows 40cm apart, covering very lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist until seedlings emerge, usually within 6–10 days. Prefers a sunny, well-drained garden bed. Water consistently and apply liquid fertiliser every couple of weeks for best results. Keep weed-free.

Baby leaf or mature plants, depending on preference.

Well-drained, fertile soil.
Important Note
These seeds may be treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL). Do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties. Treated packets will be clearly marked, and the seeds dyed a distinct colour.
