This is the perfect lettuce for summer salads. A large, crisphead variety that forms solid hearts with excellent flavour. Can be sown successively for a continuous harvest throughout the season. Reliable and strongly recommended for warm weather growing.
How To Grow
Sow a few seeds in each clump, 6mm deep. Cover lightly with seed raising mix or soil and water gently. Space clumps 30cm apart, thinning to the strongest seedlings once established. Feed with liquid fertiliser every 10–14 days. Water often, as lettuce have shallow roots. Make successive sowings for extended cropping.
