Sweet 100 is a superb cherry tomato variety, producing long trusses of extra-sweet, juicy bite-sized fruits. Slightly smaller than traditional cherry tomatoes, these vibrant red fruits are perfect for snacking, salads, school lunch boxes, and adding colour to cooked dishes. Easy to grow and early maturing, Sweet 100 is also a great choice for children and beginner gardeners. A rich source of vitamins C, A and E, potassium, fibre, and antioxidants.
How to Grow
Sow seeds 5 mm deep in pots or trays of quality seed-raising mix. Keep soil moist in a warm, sunny spot until seedlings emerge (10–14 days). Transplant seedlings to 10–15 cm pots, then move to the garden once sturdy. Space plants 50 cm apart and provide staking for support. Water consistently, and once the first truss has set, feed regularly with a potassium-rich fertiliser. Pinch out side shoots as they appear. Seeds can also be sown directly into final position in warm conditions.

Early spring to early summer; year-round in frost-free warm regions.
Soil Type
Fertile, well-drained soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Prefers a sunny position.
Harvest
Ready in 14–16 weeks. Pick fruits when fully red, or harvest slightly coloured fruit to ripen indoors.
