Happy Soils Heal n' Shield Liquid 5L is a 100% organic beneficial bacteria liquid from the Happy Soils regenerative organic range. Designed for fast-acting biological support across larger garden areas, Heal n, Shield helps support microbial activity around the root zone, plant resilience, water retention and stronger overall plant performance.
Heal n' Shield contains a blend of beneficial bacteria, including Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus licheniformis and Brevibacillus laterosporus. These beneficial bacteria help support healthy soil biology, encourage good bacteria replication, assist with compost and organic matter breakdown, and create a more active root-zone environment for lawns, vegie patches, herbs, leafy greens, fruiting plants, ferns and indoor plants.

Beneficial Bacteria Blend:
Heal n' Shield Liquid contains Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus licheniformis and Brevibacillus laterosporus. These beneficial bacteria support the living biology around plant roots and help create a healthier root-zone environment.
Suitable For Sandy And Clay Soils:
Heal n' Shield Liquid can be used in both sandy and clay-based soils where root-zone biology needs support. In sandy soils, the beneficial bacteria help support microbial activity and water retention where nutrients and moisture can move quickly through the soil. In clay soils, they help support soil aggregation, air movement and biological activity around plant roots as part of a longer-term soil improvement routine, especially when used alongside compost, mulch or gypsum where needed.
How To Use:
Mix 20 ml into 9 litres of water and use the mixed solution within 24 hours. Apply directly to the desired area, including soil, garden beds, pots, lawns or foliage where suitable. Reapply every 4 weeks during active growth.

Heal n' Shield Liquid is the fast-acting beneficial bacteria step in the Happy Soils system. Use Activate first to help condition, detox and energise the soil, then apply Heal n' Shield Liquid to support beneficial bacteria around the root zone. Use Energise as the regular organic plant food and tonic, and Heal n' Shield Granules for longer-lasting biological support between liquid applications.
