Cosmos Sensation Mixed Seeds
400 Seeds
Cosmos bipinnatus ‘Sensation Mix’ produces large, showy single blooms in rich shades of red, pink and white, each flower reaching an impressive size. The soft, fern-like foliage offers a graceful contrast to lower bedding plants, giving borders a light, airy feel. This half-hardy annual thrives in full sun and performs best in moderately poor, well-drained soil.
Plant Height: 90–120cm
How To Grow
Sow directly where they are to flower and thin seedlings as required. Remove spent blooms to encourage continuous flowering. For more reliable germination in cooler regions, sow 5mm deep in pots or trays of seed-raising mix, keep at about 16°C and maintain even moisture. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle and harden off before planting out at 45cm spacing.
