A delicious bicolour sweet corn producing medium to large cobs with a mix of golden and creamy-white kernels. Snow Gold is an early to mid-season hybrid with a sweet, juicy flavour that holds well on the plant. Perfect for boiling, steaming, or grilling fresh from the garden.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 25 mm deep in well-prepared soil, spacing 25 cm apart. For best pollination, plant in blocks of short rows rather than a single long row. Keep soil consistently moist and water generously during hot or dry spells, especially as cobs form. Seedlings emerge in 7–14 days.
