Snow Gold is a bicolour sweet corn that produces medium to large cobs filled with golden and creamy white kernels. An early to mid-season hybrid, it is prized for its crisp sweetness and for holding its flavour well on the plant. Excellent for steaming, boiling or grilling fresh from the garden.
How To Grow
Sow seeds directly 25 mm deep, spacing 25 cm apart in rows 50 cm apart. For the best pollination and full cobs, plant in blocks of four or more short rows rather than a single long row. Keep soil evenly moist and water well during hot or dry periods, especially as cobs develop.
