Product Overview
Tree Guard 500g is an effective barrier against destructive and nuisance crawling insects that infest trees. Formulated without pesticides or harmful chemicals, it can stop insects such as Ants, Codling Moth, Elm Leaf Beetle, Cherry and Pear Slug, Earwigs, Moths, Caterpillars, worms, Weevils, and also deter ants from climbing the tree.
Primarily designed for outdoor use, Tree Guard offers year-round protection for your trees. It traps any crawling insect that moves up or down the tree trunk, providing an effective defence against potential damage. Despite being potent against pests, this product is waterproof, weatherproof and safe for your trees.
How to use:
Apply a band of masking tape or similar banding material around the tree trunk, just below the tree branching point.
Using a spatula, thinly spread approximately 2mm of TREE defence onto the entire surface of the tape.
Dispose of the tape every 2-3 months, or earlier if it's filled with insects, and repeat the process as necessary.
With a single tub of TREE defence, you can protect approximately 12 tree trunks measuring around 30cm in diameter. It's a ready-to-use, environmentally friendly way to protect your trees from pest infestation.
