Sugar Cane Mulch Certified Organic from Grow Better is a natural and sustainable mulch made from recycled sugar cane waste. It forms a protective layer over the soil to help conserve moisture, reduce exposure to heat and improve growing conditions around plants.
Clean and easy to spread, the mulch knits together once applied, helping it stay in place and last longer than some loose mulch materials. As it gradually breaks down, it adds valuable organic matter and helps improve soil texture.

Directions For Use:
Remove weeds and loosen the soil before application.
Water the soil thoroughly and, if desired, lay approximately four sheets of newspaper over the surface.
Spread the mulch evenly over the garden bed, keeping approximately 2cm clear around plant stems and trunks.
Water thoroughly after application to help settle the mulch into place.
Safe Handling: This product may contain naturally occurring microorganisms, including Legionella bacteria, which can cause illness. Wear gardening gloves and a properly fitted P2 mask when opening the bag and handling the contents. Use in a well-ventilated area, open the bag away from your face and lightly dampen the material to minimise dust. Avoid breathing dust or touching your face while working. Cover cuts and broken skin before use. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling, including after removing gloves, and before eating, drinking or smoking. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings on the packaging.
