Cucumber Telegraph Improved is a much-loved variety, producing smooth, thin-skinned fruits with a crisp texture and deliciously sweet flavour. A heavy cropper, it’s ideal for gardeners wanting a reliable supply of high-quality cucumbers throughout the warmer months.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 12mm deep directly into their final position, spacing plants 45cm apart. When young plants reach 5–6 leaves, pinch out the growing tips to encourage strong side shoot development. Keep well watered and feed every two weeks once fruits begin to swell. Seedlings typically emerge within 6–10 days.
