Cucumber Long Green Supermarket Seeds

A classic long cucumber variety that produces straight, dark green fruit with excellent flavour. Heavy cropping and reliable, it performs well in garden beds or large pots, making it suitable for balconies and patios. Best results are achieved in a sunny, sheltered position with well-prepared soil.
How To Grow
Sow seeds 12 mm deep directly where they are to grow. Place 4–5 seeds per clump, later thinning to the two strongest seedlings. Space rows 100 cm apart with 40–50 cm between clumps. Once plants reach 5–6 leaves, pinch out growing tips to encourage side shoots and higher yields. Keep soil moist and enrich with organic matter or a complete fertiliser before sowing.

Important Note
These seeds may be treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL). Do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties and does not affect your crops or pollinators such as bees.
